Corporate matching funds are an invaluable resource to the fundraising efforts of the Cedar Mill PTC. Employee matching programs often DOUBLE the contribution, maximizing your impact on the classrooms, students, and experiences at Cedar Mill.
The Process
The process for corporate matching begins with the employee. There are two ways for community donors to facilitate this process.
Donate directly from your corporate giving site.
Head to your employer’s giving site (see below for many local employer links).
Look up Cedar Mill Parent Teacher Club (EIN #94-3101722).
Make your donation directly on this website.
Forward your confirmation email to waysandmeans@cedarmillptc.org so we can accurately track our fundraising efforts. Please include the name of your child(ren) and their teacher(s).
Donate to Cedar Mill PTC and submit receipt.
Donate directly to the Cedar Mill PTC and request a receipt by emailing treasurer@cedarmillptc.org.
Go to your employer’s corporate giving program website & look up Cedar Mill Parent Teacher Club (EIN #94-3101722) & “request a match”.
Submit your receipt through your employer’s corporate giving program.
Volunteer Hours.
In addition to matching monetary donations, many employers will also provide matching funds for the volunteer hours employees log with registered non-profits. Check your company’s Corporate Giving site for details.
