Your Cedar Mill PTC Board is excited to launch our 2022-23 Annual Fun Run Fundraiser. This event is the PTC's only fundraiser, and will help support a wide variety of programs that directly benefit the staff and students of Cedar Mill Elementary School. Our goal is to raise $30,000 to supplement the surplus funds remaining from the last few years of the pandemic. Any amount donated is greatly appreciated and helps make a greater impact on every student.

HOW IT WORKS: All students, Kindergarten through Fifth grade, earn money for our school by collecting donations from friends and family via an easy online service for their participation in the school wide Fun Run (flat donation or per lap). Sign-up instructions are below.


The run is organized by grade and lasts for 20 minutes. Students can choose to run, jog or walk. Most kids complete 10-15 laps. Event schedule to follow.



  1. Encourage your students to collect online pledges from friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers. Pledges must be submitted by October 6.
  2. Check with your employer to see if they match donations. A partial list of participating companies is below.
  3. Volunteer for the event – it truly is a day of FUN!!

Your student can invite friends and family to sponsor via our online portal. Visit the webpage below to set up your student’s profile and send invitations.

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your name and email address, then click “Register”.
  3. Follow the instructions on screen.
  4. When you finish, the system will allow you to email pledge requests to your family and friends.
  • All information is secure. Your student’s profile and page is only viewable to those who receive an invitation from you.
  • Credit card donations are accepted online and are secure.
  • You will be notified each time a pledge is made and you can track your pledge progress online.

AMPLIFY YOUR DONATION through corporate matching programs. There are two ways to do this:


  • Donate via Pledgestar via the instructions above & print your receipt
  • Go to your employer’s corporate giving program website & look up Cedar Mill Parent Teacher Club (EIN #94-3101722) & “request a match”
  • Submit your receipt through your employer’s corporate giving program

  • Make your donation directly on this website
  • Forward your confirmation email to so we can accurately track our fundraising efforts.
